Andrew Hamilton is leading the Western Australian Forge team. Andrew has spent 10 years in youth ministry, 2 years as a pastoral team leader and is now the team leader of Upstream Communities a missional community in the new Perth suburb of Brighton. He is responsible for oversight of all aspects of the Forge internship and intensive programs.
Geoff Westlake is the W.A. Reframe coordinator and WA Director of OAC Ministries. He also teaches at several colleges and is in the process of leading a Christian based community development movement in Banksia Grove.

Steve McKinnon works part time for TEAR W.A. as a chaplain in a local school and is leading the Lockridge Outreach Group as they seek to share Christ with the community. Steve has had many years experience in working with the poor and marginalised in WA and brings that experience to the Forge team

Jennifer Turner is now in retirement after being the senior pastor at Dianella Church of Christ a church that has taken an innovative approach to spirituality with the creation of the Dayspring centre. Jennifer has also had a significant involvement in small group ministry all across Australia.
